The Guatemala Huehuetenango (pronounced way-way-ten-an-go) Origin Coffee Bean is grown at an altitude of 1,600 to 1,700 meters above sea level in the highland areas of northern Guatemala, growing possibly some of the most renowned Guatemalan coffee as it is frequently regarded the overall best in the country.
Chocolate and Honey
With a flavour that is subtle and yet still complex and fascinating, the Guatemalan Huehuetenango has characteristic and gentle fruity tastes.
Harvested between the months of December and April, it has a bright and pleasant acidity, rich chocolaty taste, full body, and gives a candyfloss-like sweetness.
This product is available in all roast colours – the lighter the roast, the more the fruity brightness is brought out while, the darker the roast, the more bittersweet and chocolaty it tastes.
